Walmart InHome is a new delivery option that helps you get the job done. InHome uses smart entry technology so that our fully-trained, safety-trained associates can deliver Walmart groceries and other household necessities beyond your home. Our team can install a smart device or set up your own keypad to allow associates to bring in groceries and other household essentials into your home. To sign up, go to inhome.walmart.com.
How to Use Walmart InHome
* Check if your address qualifies, then sign up at inhome.walmart.com for InHome membership
* Once you have joined, place your order to receive store delivery via the Walmart app or Walmart.com. Make sure that “InHome Delivery” is selected during checkout
* We will deliver your first order to you so that you can meet our staff. Next, you can schedule a smart device installation (or set up your keypad in our app) to allow delivery into your home.
The Walmart InHome app has the following key features:
InHome allows you to track the status of your Walmart Store Delivery Orders
Customers who have their devices set up can view a video of each delivery to their home. They are available within 15 minutes after delivery and for up to one week afterwards.
* Receive notifications at all stages of your delivery, including when your order is on the way to you and when it has finished
* Check out the InHome delivery associate that will deliver your groceries
