T-Mobile’s IP Relay app for Android devices is free and can be used by people with a Speech Disability, Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, DeafBlind or DeafBlind to make relay calls or communicate via text on Android(tm). IP Relay allows you to connect with a qualified relay operator. You can access live customer service and have access to call history and a contact list.
Only available in the USA and US territories International calls may be terminated or blocked. To use this app, you must register. If no data plan service selected, casual data charges may apply.
