Verizon Care Smart was created to support loved ones in living independently and safely. Trusted contacts can communicate with watch users and view their location using this companion app. Additional Care Smart Get Help features are available only for Apple Watch.
Care Smart App allows you to:
Share locations with loved ones and create alerts to track their location.
-Manage contacts so that only trusted persons can call or send messages.
Set reminders for appointments and medication.
Only compatible Apple Watch models can use Care Smart features
There is no limit to the number of contacts that can be included in the Watch User’s Care Smart Trust Circle
-Care Smart Get Help Fall Detection Alerts: Get Help alerts your “trust circle” caregivers whenever your Apple Watch detects a fall. It automatically dials 911 when it does.
-Timeline of events in Care Smart App, including when a fall was detected, an emergency call made, contacts alerted and the incident closed
The Care Smart app allows you to easily initiate group messaging with other Trust Circle members when a fall is detected.
