ServiceNow Agent for Intune allows Microsoft Intune admins to create policies that secure the application in a bring-your-own-device (BYOD) environment.

ServiceNow Mobile Agent app provides mobile-first, out-of-the box experiences for common service desk workflows. This makes it easy for agents and customers to triage, respond, and resolve issues on the move. Service desk agents can quickly manage and resolve user issues using the app from their mobile phones. The app’s intuitive interface allows agents to accept and update work without the need for internet connectivity. The app makes work much easier by using native device capabilities to perform tasks such as navigation, barcode scanning or collecting signatures.
The app includes standard workflows that can be used by service desk agents in IT, Customer Service and HR. Field Services, Security Ops, Security Ops, Security Ops, IT Asset Management, Customer Service and Customer Service are all included. The workflows can be easily customized by organizations to suit their specific needs.
