The app provides an interface between parents, teachers and school management that allows them to communicate in an efficient and effective way towards the safety and nourishment of their children. The most notable features of the current version include:
1) Daily Attendance- This allows teachers to easily take daily attendance, and it takes only a few minutes. Parents also get a notification regarding their ward’s absence or presence.
2) Homework- Teachers can send assignments/homework to every student in their class with a single click. It also allows parents to have a paperless record of all assignments, especially when their ward is absent.
3.) Circular- This allows parents to get circulars from their school and all sorts of comments about their ward right away. Parents also receive updates about important remarks made by teachers about their ward from time to time. Parents and teachers can discuss related solutions at the PTM meeting, rather than waiting for the parents teachers meeting.
5.) 5.) It will tell you it is about your loved one by saying the name of the school. This feature allows parents to distinguish between different notifications (e.g. Email, Whatsapp, SMS, etc. Notifications and emails about your loved one.
6.) Fee – Parents have access to records of fees paid/due by their ward. School management can also view fee related datasheets class wise/section wise/session wise, as and when needed.
7.) E-Library – It allows parents to access all e -books whenever and wherever they are needed.
