Health Sync

You can sync to Diabetes:M, Fitbit and Google Fit, Samsung Health, Stepmeister, FatSecret (weight only), Runalyze, Strava, Strava or Under Armour (MapMyRun etc.). You can sync with Diabetes:M. Fitbit, Google Fit and Samsung Health. You can also sync activity data as FIT, TCX, or GPX files to Google Drive. Health Sync syncs data automatically in the background. The app will automatically sync your data starting from the first time you use it. After the trial period, historical data (all data prior to the date of installation) can be synchronized. Polar doesn’t allow you to sync your historical data.

Warning: Samsung has decided that no other partner app can now write steps to Samsung Health. The ability to read and write steps data and other data will continue working.


Free trial for one week


Health Sync is easy to use. You can try it for a week without any obligation. You can either make a purchase once you have completed the trial or subscribe to Health Sync for six months. An additional subscription is required for the Health Mate (Withings), sync. Due to the recurring costs associated with this integration, an additional subscription will be required.

Try the app to see if it suits your needs. The data that you can sync will depend on which source app you use to sync data and which destination app you use to sync data. Different types of data can be synced with different sources. You can sync activities from Garmin and Samsung Health to sync, or sync sleep data from Fitbit and Samsung Health to sync to Google Fit and Samsung Health. You can then define different sync directions after the initialization steps. Sometimes, sync between health data apps doesn’t work as planned. You don’t have to worry about it, most issues can be resolved quickly. The Help Center menu can be found in Health Sync.
