CommonHealth now supports SMART Health Card electronic vaccine records. Note: At this moment, paper CDC cards cannot be used.
What is a SMART Card for Health?
– A SMART Health Card is a digital or printed version of your vaccination history or test results, shared through QR Codes and issued by supported states, pharmacies, and providers listed here: https://www.commonhealth.org/smart-health-cards#link-1
SMART Card Option – Please keep an eye out for updates from your state and provider if you haven’t received a SMART Card yet. Many states will soon be offering the SMART Card option.
Samsung Pay and GooglePay users! Now you can export your SMART Health Card to CommonHealth and save it to your digital wallet.
CommonHealth has connections to over 400 data sources, including the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic and New York-Presbeterian. CommonHealth allows you to share your data and health records with apps and services that CommonHealth has vetted for trustworthiness and security.
