Free reservation of washers and dryers
Our app allows you to check if there are washers or dryers in your laundry area. You can also reserve them for free from anywhere, including your couch, on the move, or at home. There may not be a machine at the moment. Save your place in our virtual waiting line and you will automatically be given the next machine as soon as it becomes available. We’ll notify you when your appliance becomes available.
Cashless payments
There’s no need to collect tokens or buy coins! WeWash allows you to pay for your laundry and drying directly through the app. Our simple and GDPR-compliant invoicing makes it easy to keep track of all costs.
Keep up-to-date
Regular updates will be sent to you via push and e-mail about the status of your laundry. These notifications will include information such as your current position in the queue, whether your cycle has begun successfully, or whether your laundry is ready for pick up.

Our customer support team is available to answer any questions that you may have. You have several options for self-help and a help centre that allows you to reach us directly from the app.
More Privacy
You have just entered the laundry area and another person has taken your laundry from the machine. Grrr! This is a long gone thing! The app will notify you immediately after your laundry cycle is finished. This happens before the appliance becomes available to the next user. This gives you enough time to pick up your laundry.
