Weather & Widget – Weawow

Weawow is an app that displays weather information and beautiful photos from around the globe. You can see the weather conditions at your location and decide if you need to bring your umbrella or sunglasses. You’ll likely encounter “Wow” photos when you open the Weawow App, instead of boring, text-based forecasts. You can also upload your “Wow”, photos to our website if you take them yourself. We can then integrate them into our app so that they are available to weather watchers around the globe (the app is available for more than 50 languages). You can customize the app’s layout, so you can choose what information to display, such as rain, wind gusts, pressure, UV index and etc. User donations are what keep the Weawow alive. Weawow is supported by donations from users who like it. This is not a requirement, so feel free to use our app.

WEATHER DATA

– Weather providers that can change: DWD, MET Norway (NOAA), NWS (NOAA), DWD (MET Norway), Dark Sky, AerisWeather and Weatherbit. Open Weather map (AccuWeather), Foreca. – No annoying ads are displayed. – Weather details: Temperature, Humidity and Dew point, Clouds. Pressure. Wind gust. UV index. Visibility. Snow depth. Temp., Rain and Wind, Wind gust, Pressure. Cloud cover, UV index. Visibility. Snowfall. English, French and German are supported, as well as Spanish, Chinese and 50 other languages. – Sun and moon: Sunrise, sunset, twilight, phases of the moon, new moon day and age of moon. – Air Quality (WAQI), Severe weather Alerts, Pollen (only AccuWeather or USA).

Bookmarks: Use bookmarks to manage your favourite places. Swipe left or right to change your bookmarks. – Simple interface. Scroll down to get the information you need.

WEATHER MAP, RADAR

– Weather Providers – NOAA, RainViewer MET Norway, MSC. Globe (14-day forecast): The 3D earth allows you to check wind animations and weather layers. Google Maps (Radar and 1 day forecast): With the Google Maps, you can see the actual rainfall radar.

CUSTOMIZABLE LAYOUT

– You can change the layout as often as you wish to display daily, hourly, or radar weather. You can also change the order of weather types like temperature, wind, pressure, and UV index. – Weather Icon: This icon can be changed from various weather icons. You can choose your preferred theme from the two options: White or dark.

CUSTOMIZABLE WIDGETS

– You can check the weather as often as you want: The hourly UV index and the hourly temperature are all available on your home screen. – Widget themes are: Simple, Hourly Graph and Daily Graph. Currently, Today Hourly, Daily.

NOTIFICATIONS

Push notification: Notifies you of the weather forecast for the day at the time specified. – On-going notification: Weather information up to 8 hours in advance, weekly weather, current conditions.

MARKETPLACE

Using Weawow’s web service, you can sell and post your photos. After being matched with the weather, the photos posted are displayed automatically.
