Verizon Messages sync features allow you to stay connected on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. You can keep the conversation going even if you switch between devices. You can connect with your family, friends, colleagues, and others through group chats, text messages, photos, videos, and gift cards up to $100 at stores such as Dominos and Starbucks. Anyone can now download Verizon Messages and communicate with them, even non- Verizon customers.
GROUP CHATS: Create larger group chats up to 250 persons. In seconds, you can send and receive photos/videos. You can personalize your chat experience by adding avatars, backgrounds, and more. You can even mut a conversation, add or remove members, or create a new group.
YELP INTEGRATION: Tap the plus menu to quickly access Yelp directly from the app. Find entertainment, directions and restaurants. Chat with your friends to make plans and share details.
SHARE YOUR LOCATION- Glympse(tm), allows you to share your location with people you choose, for as long as you want. This is a great way to meet up or let people know that you are running late.
SEND AN EGIFT – Click the plus menu to select eGifts icon. Send an eGift Card via text message. eGifting now includes eGift cards of more than 30 brands
SYNC Across Devices – Download Verizon Messengers to all your devices and sync messages between your phone, tablet, and computer. You can switch between devices at any time. You can make calls from anywhere with your tablet.
DRIVING MODE: Turn on driving mode to send an Auto Reply message and deactivate incoming messages notifications to avoid getting distracted while driving.
HD Voice Calling – Eligibility requirements apply. You can link your cell phone number to Verizon Messages on your tablet. This will allow you to make and receive calls on any network (cellular and Wi-Fi).
