Your Trinity Health MyChart account can be used to manage your health information, and to communicate with your care team via your mobile device.
The MyChart App allows you to:
* Check test results, medication history, and immunization history.
* View your bill and pay it
* Message your doctor
* Change or schedule your appointment
* Refill prescriptions
* Upload your fitness and health information from your FitBit or other self-tracking apps like FitBit
If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor’s office for assistance.
