You can use the simple location function, or manually enter the address starting at your point.
There are many ordering options
The following items can be ordered, depending on availability
Types of vehicles: A Taxi for the next available, a Taxi for business (especially high ride comfort), and a Taxi with partition. An XXL Taxi is available for 5 to 8 persons. Or a green Taxi(with environmentally-friendly Engines).
Equipment Options: Child seat, baby seat, booster seat, and driver with foreign language skills.
Transport options: Pets, large luggage and folding wheelchairs/walkers/strollers (by multimeter).
Calculation of travel time and costs Once you have entered a destination, the app will show you the estimated cost and time it will take to get there.
Favorites are a function
It is also possible to save favorite locations and save your home or work address. You can make future bookings much easier and quicker.
Pre-order
You can order your Taxi at any time you prefer. The estimated arrival time of the Taxi will be displayed once the order has been confirmed.
Please leave feedback with your car number and pickup time.
Even if the trip was arranged immediately, the time to the taxi arrival, the vehicle model, and the license plate number are all displayed.
Observation of the journey
You can live-view the taxi approaching and use this to determine the time until pickup.
Tracking the route If you have chosen a destination, it is possible to track the journey live.
When the taxi arrives at the destination, there will be an alarm.
You can pay as much or little as you like – even cashless

You can rate the driver’s friendliness, the car’s condition, and overall satisfaction with the trip.

Have a question? You can reach the Taxi Center directly from the main menu. They will help you with any questions you may have about your trip and offer advice, such as in the event that valuables are lost in the Taxi.
