Spectrum Secure Delivery Application allows secure messaging and paging on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch devices. Secure access to your Spectrum answering service and call center messages can be gained through the app. The Spectrum Secure Delivery messaging application allows hospitals, large organisations and small groups to meet HIPAA security guidelines for sending protected medical information (PHI) via the Spectrum Secure Delivery messaging app.

Spectrum Secure Delivery protects PHI through a configurable passcode that encrypts data transmission and does not store data on the phone or tablet. Once a message is received, the user can reply, forward, mark In-Process or complete it. Filtering the inbox allows you to filter messages and display only those that are new, in progress, or complete. You can also add notes using the message filter. All message recipients will see the message history below.

You can manage the application settings via the Options tab to create a secure messaging experience. To speed up messaging, create a library with pre-set custom replies and notes. To speed up load times, set an expiration date for messages that have been completed and adjust the autologoff settings to improve security.

Spectrum Secure Delivery works on both 3G/4G networks and WIFI networks, ensuring that communication never goes out of control. Spectrum Secure Delivery provides a secure, reliable and fast interface that will allow your business to communicate with other people.
