Samsung Voice Recorder was designed to give you a simple and enjoyable recording experience. It also offers playback and editing capabilities.
We have created a “Voice Memo” recording mode that allows you to convert your voice into text (Speech-to-text) for your daily needs.
There are two modes of operation:
It offers a simple interface for recording.
[INTERVIEW] The device has two microphones at the top and bottom that can be activated to record your voice and that of your interviewer or interviewee. It also displays dual waveforms accordingly.
[VOICE MEMO] Record your voice and convert it into on-screen text. This is called STT.
You may need to configure the record before you start it.

* This is Samsung Device’s Preloaded App, which is a pre-installed application.
For the app service, you will need to have the following permissions. Optional permissions can be turned off, but the default functionality of this service cannot be disabled.
Permissions required
. Microphone: Used to record function
. Storage: Used for storing recorded files
. Telephone: Used to verify call state before recording, and to decline calls while recording

. Nearby devices: This is used to obtain Bluetooth headset information in order to authorize the Bluetooth microphone recording function
