You will need a MyChart account to access the MyChart features in the OhioHealth app. The OhioHealth app allows you to create a MyChart account. An activation code may have been given by your doctor at your last appointment. However, a code does not mean that you can create an account. MyChart features currently aren’t available at all OhioHealth facilities. MyChart features currently are only available to OhioHealth facilities located in the greater Columbus region, which includes Delaware and Marion.
