Excelsior Pass Plus and Excelsior Pass Plus can be downloaded and used for free. Participation is completely voluntary.
* Excelsior Pass can be used to digitally prove COVID-19 vaccinations or negative results (PCR Test, Antigen Test). Use at participating venues and businesses in New York State.
* Excelsior Plus is a digital version of your COVID-19 vaccine record. Your Pass Plus will include information such as the date, location, and vaccination type. It is similar to your paper CDC Card. This information allows New Yorkers to keep a digital record of their COVID-19 vaccine history.
* New Yorkers can digitally store Passes on their smartphones, similar to a mobile airline boarding card.
* Passes can easily be retrieved at https://epass.ny.gov. Get Excelsior Pass Wallet to be part of New York State’s safe reopening.
