MyChart allows you to access your health information from anywhere, and makes it easy for you to manage your care. MyChart makes it easy to:
* Talk to your care team.
* Check test results, medication, immunization history and other information.
* Connect your Google Fit account to MyChart to get health-related data directly from your devices.
* View your After-Visit Summary(r), which includes information about past hospital stays and visits, as well as any medical notes that your provider may have shared with you.
* Manage appointments and schedule visits, including video and in-person visits.
* Get an estimate of the cost of care.
* View and pay your medical expenses.
* Share your medical records securely from anywhere, with anyone with Internet access.
Connect other healthcare providers to see all of your health information.
* Get push notifications whenever new information becomes available in MyChart. Check whether push notifications have been enabled in the Account Settings section of the app.
Please note that the MyChart app’s capabilities depend on the features enabled by your healthcare organization and the version of Epic software they are using. Contact your healthcare provider if you have any questions.
You must first create an account at your healthcare organization to access MyChart. Download the app, search for your healthcare provider or visit your healthcare organization’s MyChart site to sign up. Once you have signed up, enable fingerprint authentication or create a 4-digit passcode that allows you to log in quickly without having to remember your MyChart password and username.
