When you need it. You can now chat with us to ask questions about your account from within the app. You can also message us if your question is not answered immediately.
Accessing your account from your mobile phone is simple once you have registered for the Internet Banking service.
Once you have the app downloaded, create your Digital M&S PASS with your Internet Banking username & password and you are good to go. You can also sign in securely and quickly using your fingerprint or your face if your phone supports it. The Digital M&S Pass will allow you to use the full range of Internet Banking services faster than ever.

This app is available to existing M&S Bank customers by Marks & Spencer Financial Services plc. If you are not a current customer of M&S Bank, please do not download the App.
