How to set up your account
* Download the MPLS Parking App and create an account using your email address.
* Enter your license plate number along with the state in which your vehicle is registered
* Enter your payment method and you can start using the MPLS parking app
How it works
Parking on-street and off-street:
* Type the zone number from the decals or signs around the meter.
* Enter the time that you wish to park, and confirm your details
To start your parking session, touch the “Start Parking” button
* If you are running behind, extend your time in the app
Reserve Parking:
* Find the parking spot you are looking for and click on it.
* Select the date and time you wish to make your reservation.
To redeem your parking permit at the facility, please refer to the confirmation.
App Features
* You can customize notifications via text, email, and/or an app
* Save your favourite parking spots for the next time
* You can store up to five vehicles in your account
* The “Find my Car” feature will take you back to where you parked your car
* Directions to the parking garage from which you reserved your spot
