The LibreLinkUp app allows you to monitor and help others with diabetes, whether they are your family members, friends, or coworkers. If they are using the FreeStyle Libre sensor or app, you can access the LibreLinkUp app and view their glucose readings with a quick glance from your smartphone.

GLUCOSE HISTORY and INSIGHTS: To see the most recent glucose history, touch the graph or review a logbook with glucose scans [2] as well as alarms [3, 4,] to better understand glucose patterns
GLUCOSE ALARMS – Get alerts when glucose levels are high or low so that you can assist them in taking action [3, 4, 5]
SENSOR ALERTS Be notified when a new sensors is launched, or when an app and sensor lose connectivity [3, 4, 5]
DARK MODE: See glucose data in darker conditions, in cinemas or in the middle of the night
