Kodi(r) media center

It is an award-winning, free and open-source cross-platform software media player for HTPCs (Home theater computers). It has a 10-foot user interface that can be used as a media player in the living room. The primary input device is a remote control. The GUI (graphical user interface) makes it easy to browse, view, and listen to videos, photos and podcasts from a harddrive or optical disc. It also allows you to access the internet via a few buttons.

IMPORTANT:

The official Kodi version doesn’t contain any content. You should upload your content from either a remote or local storage location, DVD, Blu Ray, or other media device that you have. Kodi also allows you to download third-party plugins which may allow you access to content not available on the official content provider site. Team Kodi does not endorse or approve any other method of viewing illegal content that would otherwise have to be paid for.
