Start the app and select the widget. Place the smartphone near the windshield to use HUD mode (with the screen image reflecting onto the windshield) or fix it in the mount.
Attention!
1. Clear days are not ideal for HUD mode as the screen brightness of the device is usually too low to reflect a decent amount. You can either use the app in normal mode and fix the phone with a mount or stay HUD with our HUDWAY Glass accessory (more information at hudwayglass.com, see below). The reflection is usually easily discernible at night, dusk, and in dull weather.
2. Your device’s battery can be quickly depleted by continuous use of geolocation services (GPS or GLONASS).
3. Make sure your phone or tablet is securely fixed to a mount or sticky pad when driving. This will allow you to see clearly on the road.
HUDWAY Glass car accessory allows smartphone to work in car as head-up display even during daytime. This accessory removes the need to double and provides a sharper reflection image.
