HoneyPi’s app provides the most comprehensive overview of all measurements of your HoneyPi scale. To increase your efficiency in daily beekeeping, you can monitor valuable data from the hives.

Your HoneyPi measuring device is complemented by the HoneyPi application, which displays your measured data. ThingSpeak is the IoT platform that provides measurement data. Therefore, a ThingSpeak user account must be created. If you don’t have a ThingSpeak account yet, you can register for free here: https://thingspeak.com/login.
The HoneyPi app can be used to detect a flying swarm and then quickly lose weight. You can also monitor the temperature of the brood chamber to determine if the hive has been kept warm enough during winter and if the colony has produced brood.
The main functions of HoneyPi App:
Login with your ThingSpeak User API Key and any username.
– Switchable customizable dashboard: Create a dashboard that displays the most recent data from your hives.
– Predefined detail pages: These pages are for specific measurements such as temperature, humidity and air pressure. These pages are named with the ThingSpeak field names of the relevant ThingSpeak channel. The measured values are shown in clear diagrams on the detail pages. Additionally, the maximum, minimum, and average values for selected times periods are displayed.
Calculation of honey yield: The daily honey yield can be calculated using the data from the weight sensor. This is represented in a bar chart. A summary of the honey yield over several days can also be displayed.
– Predefined or user-definable periods: You can choose from the predefined periods “Today”, 3 days”, 7 days, 7 days, and 30 days to present the diagrams on detail pages. You can also choose a user-definable period.
– Many settings: You can access many settings on the settings page. You can, for example, turn ThingSpeak on or off and change their assignment to detail pages.
Login-Logout option: You can log in or out of HoneyPi at any time.
