Texas, slow down the spread! The H-E-B App Go app is helping us to make shopping safer in our stores.
The app allows you to scan and bag your items while you shop. This will make it easier for you to save time at the checkout.
Start by opening the application at a *H-E–B location. Log in using your HEB.com credentials, or create a brand new account.
*Piloting at selected locations
After you create an account, the following steps are taken:
1. Shop with scan and bag
Your mobile device can scan your items while you place them into your bag or cart. You can track your items and add or remove products from the app before you finalize your purchase.
2. Check out the checkout
Once you are done shopping, go to any checkout lane. Self-checkout will have a kiosk screen that will help you navigate the checkout process. A cashier will assist you in checking out at regular lane.
3. Let’s go!
Pay as usual, get your receipt and go! You can also scan the code on the kiosk and pay with the app if you have an H-E B Go kiosk in your store.
