Fill in your personal information such as your age, height and weight, fitness level, and so on.
HOW IT WORKS
Our smart algorithm will create a customized workout plan for you based on your goals and data. It will include cardio, strength and recovery exercises, as well as LISS (walking/running/cycling) exercises to help maximize your results. Your basic plan will be available for 60 days. The workout plan will be modified each week based on your progress and feedback.
You will also have access to a library with over 1,000 workouts.
