You can refill or request new mail services prescriptions, track order status and view prescription history using the CVS/caremark(tm). app. To use the app, you must have CVS/caremark prescription coverage. If you aren’t sure, check your information about your health insurance plan.

* You can see the number of orders in progress and due refills without signing in
* View order status
* Request or renew a new mail service prescription
* Compare drug prices and coverage
* View your prescription history
* Locate a pharmacy within your network
* View your member ID card (if it is provided by the plan design).
* Identify unknown drugs
* Look out for possible drug interactions
* Update Account Information, shipping and billing information, family access management, reset password
Your existing Caremark.com username and password will be accepted on the app. Registering on the app is easy if you don’t already have Caremark.com.
