Paycom’s Employee Self-Service technology is available on mobile devices exclusively for employees who use Paycom’s payroll and HR technology. Paycom administrators must enable some features of the Employee Self-Service. For questions regarding these features, please contact your HR/payroll department.
ACCESS YOUR DATA
Your personal employee data, such as past and current pay stubs and benefits, tax forms and performance reviews, goals and contact information, is available with the Paycom app. Your data is at your fingertips with our secure fingerprint-ID login and PIN login options.
EMPLOYEE-DRIVEN CAREER PAYROLL
Beti, an industry first, gives you the ability to review, approve, and manage your paychecks before payday. You have full access to your paycheck before it is processed. It gives you clarity about how pay changes. A visual representation of deductions, expenses, and other allocations. The guided process allows for approval of paychecks and the confidence that the amount is correct.
TIME KEEPING ACCURATE
You can use the app to punch your web-based clock or enter your hours on our online timesheet. You can also submit your time to be approved, review your accruals, and request time off for vacations, medical appointments, and other events that require supervisor approval.
REFUSE TO RECEIVE
You can no longer keep track of receipts on paper for your expense account. To get reimbursed, simply snap a picture of the receipt and upload it to the app. You can also check the status of any pending expense reimbursements.
LEARN AT YOUR PACE
You can also access any employer-assigned learning paths or training courses. You can also access any courses that are applicable to your system privileges through Paycom University’s client training and certification program.
MILEAGE TRACKING
Paycom’s Mileage tracker makes it easy to keep track of your business mileage. You can easily store receipts and sync them to Employee Self-Service. Are you missing a feature? Contact your HR department for assistance!

Manager on the Go helps managers make the most out of their workday because work doesn’t end when they aren’t at their desks. Managers and supervisors can access this mobile tool from anywhere to manage their employees. This includes approving hours worked and viewing schedules.
