The HealtheLife app gives you instant and easy access the online portal of your health care provider. This portal provides you with the latest information about your health and offers services that will help you plan, understand, and engage in your care.
To use the online portal, you must first have access granted by your health care provider. After creating an account, sign in to the HealtheLife app using your Cerner Health username password. You can view all portals that you have access to from multiple health care providers through the app.
Each portal of a participating organization is different, but all portals allow you connect with your care team via:
* Securely message your provider
* Scheduling and managing appointments
* Access to medical information, including allergy, laboratory results, health problems, medications, and other documents relating to health.
