Can easily get to home page options. However, once you choose a category to review (I e. Medication) you can work within that category but there is no way back to home page. No arrow back, swiping doesn't work, and dots in upper right don't give a go back or home page option. Something seems amiss with app functionality. I logged in again and same thing happens when scheduling appointments etc.

My chart is an ineffective way to communicate. Mass confusion and long reply times make it impossible to complete anything in a timely stress free manor. I find I have to repeat things multiple times and make twice as many calls to get anything done. I absolutely hate the online method of dealing with people and patients. It took me so long to get my meds it impacted my health, both physically and mentally, poorly. If I didn't have to use it I wouldn't.

I have not been able to use this app past the firs month. It updated and wouldn't allow fingerprint entry and no matter how many times I try to recover or change my password I never get the email or text to do it. After changing my password online the app required two factor authentication but the emails can take up to two hours to send. I don't know who has that kind of time to wait for an app, but I don't.
