It's not necessary or helpful to have 2 or more timers on the screen together. I believe most of us will never be using multiple timers at once. I would rather have a single timer that is easily edited, or a full-screen timer which can toggle between timers, as it was before. Reducing the size of the timer makes it more difficult to use, and when it's ringing you have to look twice to be sure which one is ringing.

the functionality is there, but the widget leaves MUCH to be desired considering this is a Google-specific app. The widget uses a whole 2x2 tile, but leaves a lot of empty space around the borders. The fact you can't turn off the REDUNDANT date display is BEYOND ANNOYING! (The Pixel already displays the date in the "At a Glance" settings.) The redundancy and lack of customization are absurd.

The clock app continually defaults back to restricted access, which disables the alarms. Sometimes when I set an alarm it will let me know there is a restriction and if I can double click on that notification on time, it will take me to the place where I can select unrestricted, but it does not do that consistently and I often miss alarms. And for some reason I have a difficult time navigating back to where I can adjust this setting. Total headache and I wish it would stop.
