EZpass doesn't see you as a customer, just an obstacle between them and "Their" money. Never link your card with auto refill. They will come up with number they think is "right" with no warning. For me that number was almost $500. Decided to remove my card from their system, another $30 "fee". Their "low-balance" emails make it sound like you owe them $150+whatever your negative balance is and they won't let you pay anything less if you use their website. Perfectly fine to add 20 through the app

It was always a terrible user experience with frequent glitches. Now it just doesn't even work anymore at all, have to use the website, which is also a horrible user experience. I wish we could go back to throwing coins in the basket at the toll, I'd prefer stopping and throwing 26 quarters into the basket each way, than fighting with this nonsense.

I like the app. Works well and is convenient. A few ideas: Sort the transactions within a day by the time they occur. I don't think anyone cares about the posting time, when they went through the toll is what people need. Also, more clear names for toll plazas would help. Maybe a link to a map location as well? Also it would look cool if you could see the concentration of tolls you paid on a map.
